Load it.
HINSTANCE hInst = LoadLibraryEx(new_file_name, 0, LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE);
Set it before calling for any resources in it.
AfxSetResourceHandle(hInst);
Use it.
Set it back.
AfxSetResourceHandle(hInstSaved);
