Yes Jean, many applications that support VBA will have a VBA Editor and help for its own macros and methods as Jason said. I found this helpful for automating Microsoft Word. I also found recording macros (if the application supports it) and viewing them, to get an idea of what colelctions ituses for certain things etc..
