Use SCOPY to move the data and preserve permissions - or XCOPY if it is a 
Win2K box.

Use RMTSHARE to enumerate the shares, delete them, and then recreate them.

Compaq has a tools from the Compaq Resource Paq called cfgshare.  Give that
a try.
