1. You can't mix processors. 2. Adding processors is a relatively easy task, assuming that the system is already running in multiprocessor mode. If not, a little more work, but still not that bad.
3. No problems, but I would not, if the system is still under warranty....I'd just feel better if the memory was the same. 4.
