It isn't an Windows NT issue; it is almost certainly an issue with your Win 95 box. At this point, it could be anything, including a corrupt DLL, disk errors, or bad RAM. Does it work on other computers? Assuming it is just this one, it further tells you that it is not a network issue, but an individual box issue. Check the memory, run scandisk, maybe regclean, but be prepared to reinstall 95.
