If you want to play with .ROMs in your Turbo R, look this page :

TrLoad, NsLoad and utilities for them, programmed by Manuel Pazos and Okei.
TrLoad is a GREAT .rom emulator from Turbo R machines. TrLoad Loads Konami Rom
(MegaRom, Rom 16k and 32K),
and autodetect if ROM is MegaRom SCC, normal, 16 or 32 K.
You can emulate 2nd ROM for cheats, and you can use your SCC in your prefered
slot!!
And the BEST ... YOU CAN SAVE THE GAME!!!!!
Emulate DSKs???? Bufff .... Buy a MEGASCSI!!!!
There are a programs for emulate dsks. For Turbo R, japanese HDDEmu .... is good
but ... don't is perfect!!!
For MSX-2, Start, putdisk and getdisk, with the same problem ...
If you want PERFECT emulate dsks ... try MegaSCSI!!!!
