] Use the BDOS entry (#F37D) to load sectors.
Depends on the status of the C flag. The boot routine is called twice. One 
time with ROM BIOS selected at page 0 and C flag reset and one time with RAM 
selected at page 0 and C flag set.

The first time, you can use the bios routine at address #144. The second time 
not.
