Hmmm, well no, MSX is definately not fast enough. It might be
possible to use some kind of hardware decoder though. Too bad they're
f*cking expensive. Or you could re-invent the wheel and program a
DSP-controller to your needs and discover it's 2012 when you're finished...
A decent MP3 stream is 128Kbps, 16 K/s, MSX can handle that. But I meant I
was building a stand-alone PC-based MP3 player (which has nothing to do with
MSX :-()
