No, I did not. I unfortunately do not have the proper equipment to experiment
and find the problem. And remote debugging with the equipment of somebody
else is not a really workable solution.
If I get my hands on some midi equipment some day, then I will debug it and
put the debugged version on my homepage.
If somebody else with a GT, midi equipment and programming experience is able
to make a working solution, then I'm ofcourse willing to host that on The MSX
Plaza, with a big thank you going to that person.
