I just read the ADVRAM specs and it appeared that this is of vital
importance. And since I actually see no reason why this part of the I/O
address should NOT be passed (it also is difficult, technically seen), and
the 'extended' I/O devices can simply ignore those bits, my statement that
B1 shouldn't be connected is kind of bullshit.
