        If it says "cannot reset sound blaster", then either your
soundboard is not 100% compatible with SB, or you have another
application using the sound device (example: winamp).

        Do not mix brmsx with other emulators in the same directory.
        Always use the roms provided in the brmsx pack unless
you know very well what you're doing.

        Never use the "load dsk" option of the gui without using
"-diska" in the command line.

        BrMSX has extensive documentation in five languages
(english, portuguese, dutch, italian and french).

        Unfortunately these docs are in the brmsx homepage, which is
down at the moment (due to upgrade of the lsi server). I can send
them to you through email in the meantime.
