I get the same error (using Konqueror from KDE 2.0.1) and I'm not using a
proxy server.
So it's either a problem of Konqueror, or it is a problem of one of the
servers that isn't critical in most other browsers.

I don't like the look of "%0D%0A" (CR/LF) in the URLs. But I'm not familiar
