I am upgrading my svi738 to msx2 using the instructions by NYYRIKKI.
I replaced the VRAM and everything was OK.
I had 2 256k eproms programed with the files on NYYRIKKI's site.
The connection between pin 27 and pin 28 on IC 50 I could not find to
cut it so I lifted pin 27 of the IC and connected this to pin 27 on IC
51. THe connection had to be made.
I connected IC63 pin 14 to ground.
All the soldering is fine!
When the computer starts everything goes OK. The MSX logo scrolls up
and then it resets! Under the logo "KL91:128k" is displayed.
I think this should be "Video 128K"
Can some one help? Why does the msx reset?
A possibility is faulty eproms / rom files from NYYRIKKI.
I loaded the roms in fmsx 1.6 to see if they were OK. It also
displayed "KL91:128k" But the emulator worked!
