The problem could be in the fact that the pins you use now (scart side) are
for video out.
This could be interpreted as "video signal coming out of the cable" ie.
video in for the machine you are conecting to.
I have a similar cable bere (1 scart to lots of rca/cinch connectors) and
sometimes "video out" depends on the device connected to the cable.
Suggestion: open the scart connector and desolder the wire from pin 19 an
solder it to pin 20, then see what happens.
