Luciano Sturaro wrote a guide, but it's in portuguese. It's here[1], if you
don't find anything else or if you don't mind reading the engrish spoken by the
fish[2].
It's not really difficult, though. There you'll find an utility disk
(ideutils). Boot with that, run idefdisk, make the partitions (autogenerate and
write the table) and format. Reboot. Now you can copy the system files (both
command2.com and msxdos2.sys) to the first partition in your harddisk (here it's
C:, but it may differ on your system).
You're almost done... there are just minor tweaks, and they're on Sturaro's
page (mainly setting the environment variable "expert" to "on", since some
programs will complain about the DOS version and won't run without that).
