Alright, if I type www.msx.org, I get "host not found".... If I type the IP address, I get "Conection refused"

MSX Resource Center is not blocking Brazillian access at all. It's the other way around :) Telefonica (99,9% of south american lines) has some sort of lookup problem. Try the IP: 213.201.217.102 it works, try the domain: www.msx.org and it won't work.
Anyway, we're working on it. If you'd like to see for yourself what nameserver info is available for msx.org try: www.dnsstuff.com

Does anyone know why is MRCF (aka msx.org) blocking accesses from the brazilian IP range since tuesday (30/01)? Probably it's some kind of misconfiguration, so it's better to check the servers. :)
