I have written an application that uses Msys2 as the development
environment on a Windows platform. When the application executes, it
uses several external libraries and depends on a small number of dll
elements.

The application provides a user interface (using ncurses) to a piece of
proprietary hardware (using libusb). We intend to sell the hardware and
provide the software to drive it.

Can someone point me at a source where licensing requirements are
described? I have tried to find something using Google but obviously
don't know the right question to ask.

Thanks.
