[Apologies for cross-posting] Call for Participation: WAT2021 English-to-Hindi/Malayalam Multi-Modal Translation Task
Description: We invite you to take part in one or both of the two following tasks organized as part of the Workshop on Asian Translation (WAT) <http://lotus.kuee.kyoto-u.ac.jp/WAT/>. The aim of the “*WAT 2021 Multi-Modal translation task <https://lotus.kuee.kyoto-u.ac.jp/WAT/WAT2021/index.html>*” is to enable research on multilingual multi-modal NLP. Workshop on Asian Translation (WAT) is organizing the multi-modal English-to-Hindi and English-to-Malayalam translation tasks using two multi-modal datasets (Hindi Visual Genome and Malayalam Visual Genome), consisting of text and images suitable for English-to-Hindi and English-to-Malayalam multi-modal machine translation, Image Captioning task and multi-modal research.
