1. Job Role : IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate - VOICE BASED (0
to
18 months of experience)
Shift : Yes
Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Eligibility: Any Graduate (2008 pass outs as well), Diploma Holders ( 10+3
or 10+2+3)
Skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
Salary Range :
Freshers- 1.55 lakhs
Experienced- Will be discussed by the Hiring Manager at the time of
interview.

1. BE/BTech/MCA/MSc 2006/2007 and 2008 batch registered candidates should
confirm online.
Candidates belonging to the above category who have not registered with
SHREDS please visit www.shredskerala.org submit resume and after getting the
register number should comfirm online.(Confirm only if you are sure of
attendibg the test. If you confirm and do not attend the test, you will not
get hall ticket online from SHREDS and will have to buy it at the venue for
adiitional cost)
Candidates in the above category belonging to batches earlier than 2006

Confirmation" and report at Auditorium UC College Alwaye at 10 am with all

2. BSc 2007 and 2008 candidates if possible register and confirm online for
the test. If they face problems , report at the venue after sending a mail
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with subject as "IBM BSc Confirmation" and
report at Auditorium UC College Alwaye at 11 am with all documents mentioned
in the website.
3. All Diploma and BSc(batches before 2007) - report at the venue after
sending a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with subject as "IBM Diploma / BSc
Confirmation" and report at Auditorium UC College Alwaye at 11 am with all
documents mentioned in the website..
