*Medical * As per the revised rule effective from 1st January 2010, the Candidate’s finger print is recorded at the GAMCA office and his passport verified for authenticity. Then Candidate is allotted a GAMCA medical centre where he under goes the medical check.
Previously, the Recruitment Agency used to recommend the panel doctor’s name to the candidate and accordingly the candidates were doing the medical test through GAMCA approved panel doctor. *Same rule has been enforced in Delhi *Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) * *Mumbai* As announced by Saudi Consulate, from 25th January 2010, the candidate has to obtain a “Police Clearance Certificate” with a police clearance endorsement on his passport from the respective regional passport office subsequently candidates have to travel to respective places to get the PCC. * Specimen copy of PCC is enclosed for your reference. *Delhi* As per the Saudi Embassy for visa stamping candidates are required to submit Original Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) which has to be attested from Ministry of External Affairs ( Delhi ). *Exit proof* A candidate who comes to India on exit visa can travel back to Saudi Arabia but the consulate needs Original/copy of Exit Proof (Certificate) from Jawwazat office, However if he returned on re-entry visa he has to complete his stay in India for a period of 2 years then only his visa could be stamped. *A specimen copy of exit proof is enclosed. ** Same rule has been enforced in Delhi *Attestation of Degree / Diploma Certificate* *Degree has to be attested by* 1. Ministry of External Affairs at New Delhi 4. Further, the Cultural Attaché at New Delhi provide their attestation on the degree certificate. Finally after all the above attestation, the Saudi Embassy provides its attestation on the degree certificate In case of diploma certificate, the same needs attestation through the Notary/Government Administration department (GAD) * Time required: 25 to 30 days* ** Same is applicable in Delhi* Thus, to ensure all processes are maintained in a perfect flow, we suggest that all our forthcoming campaigns are planned well in advance. This will indeed facilitate the recruitment process of the candidates. -- Best Regards __._,_.___ Attachment(s) from Pasha 2 of 2 Photo(s) [image: Final Exit Paper.jpg]<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/indians_in_ksa/attachments/folder/1370358471/item/1603602549/view> Final Exit Paper.jpg<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/indians_in_ksa/attachments/folder/1370358471/item/1603602549/view> [image: PCC Copy.jpg]<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/indians_in_ksa/attachments/folder/1370358471/item/764174587/view> PCC Copy.jpg<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/indians_in_ksa/attachments/folder/1370358471/item/764174587/view> . *േസ്നഹേത്താെട ജഗ്ഗു :) With Love JaGGu :)* __,_._,___ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MTA0406" group.
