Thanks to everyone for all your messages and well wishes - they really
perked me up while I was in hospital.
Still feeling shitty about not being able to go out on my bike for a
while. I have quite a few physio sessions coming up so will probably
be a couple of months out.
Thanks to Tim, Steve, Phil and Nick for making a difficult situation
