:::Sometimes a ride saves you - hauls you out of the
:::mysterious, wacky and despairing place you've sunk -
:::courtesy of trivial physical ailments and the missing of
:::WNR's. Against all expectations you clean the
:::Northumberfest climb, the crags and the best part of the
:::trail from the road into the quarry in Cragside. Amazing
:::stuff, a chilled, but purposeful ride in which smoothness
:::comes from somewhere and accomplishments happen just where
:::you don't expect they will. It was fantastic. A ride can
:::save you, nothing else can dispel the horrible sense that
:::you've lost the capacity to ride well or even get your arse
:::up onto the hill.

The only thing I can add to that is LIGHTS!
