There is a trail map (available from the information point in the main car 
park, when they have any), but it just shows the 'walking' trails.  The good 
stuff is mostily one there too, buti it'd be tricky to put a ride together from 
it without knowing where you're going. 

When are you fancying going up?  I could show you around, but probably not for 
a few weeks.
