FYI MTT Testers:
Sorry we didn't get this out sooner, but this will effect MTT users
reporting data to the IU database. So during this time MTT clients
will *not* be able to submit data as the database will be
inaccessible.
This upgrade will help quite a few things MTT including the speed of
the MTT reporter and future MTT improvements.

We are going to upgrade postgreSQL-7.4 to 8.2.4 on milliways at
8:00AM
E.T., on Sunday, July 15, 2007.
The upgrade needs to turn off postgreSQL for a whole day.
I hope that the upgraded postgreSQL will be available in the
afternoon(E.T., 12:00PM~) next day on Monday July 16, 2007.
Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions about the
outage of pgsql.
