Disable this and the problem will stop." 20) Iosai: "MCCP causes GMCP to wait on your connection until some input is received. After a while, this can cause your connection's text buffer to overflow and thus, when you request it, you'll encounter the corrupted data. With MCCP off, GMCP is sent as soon as it is generated."
