As a Chinese I'm of course delighted by this. But if I'm correct the 
Chinese government does not allow dual-nationality and that would mean 
Dong Fangzhuo won't be able to gain a Belgian nationality even if we 
loan him out to Antwerp - unless he gives up his Chinese nationality 
(highly unlikely). In this case he'll need a work permit to join United 
which I don't quite see happening in the foreseeable future as he's 
still uncapped at the senior level.
