I'm not sure that anyone can confirm this as there are no fixed rules 
in the Premiership. The Football League have, I believe, instituted a 
new rule whereby any club within its remit that goes into 
administration would be deducted points (I think 10, but I have also 
seen 12 pts). However, the Premiership does have the ability to 
impose sanctions on a club going into admin' within its remit. There 
don't appear to be hard rules as to what those sanctions would be.

Leeds have the unenviable worst case scenario of them being 
relegated this season, which would almost certainly result in admin' 
and THEN being deducted points in the Nationwide Div 1.

All this shows to me is that the FA and their new chief Mark Palios 
are a completely incompetent. No wonder then that the national 
team does not deliver.
