Typically to do image install or OS install and follow guidance from a more experienced engineer whom work remotely Nice to have will be if he is CCNA,CCNP certified. Good also if he has background as MCSE or VCP3 min Jobs will typically range from half day, full days. Payment : we typically pay about Rp 300,000 for half day and Rp 500,000 for full day work.
