Semua Windows bisa dipakai sebagai nComputing. Windows XP, Vista dan Windows 7 juga.
Lisensi Windowsnya berarti mengikut ke tiap2 pemakai, jadi meskipun yang dipakai Windows yang sama, lisensi harus ada mengikut jumlah yang pake. Misalnya ada 10 orang pakai nComputing yang terinstall dengan Windows 7, berarti mesti megang 10 lisensi Windows 7 biarpun yang diinstall cuma 1.
