Odd ... he is CCing mugle-dev. Very strange. The public archive https://lists.launchpad.net/mugle-dev/ says "Message not available". In fact, looking through, it looks like it's done that for all of Scott's messages.
Scott, is the email address you used to subscribe to mugle-dev the same as the one you are using to send from? (your gmail)? If not, it may be rejecting your messages. If you want to post with a different address than you send, just add your posting address as an alternative address in Launchpad.
