Maintain, record and track all incoming client financial statements and manage work load distribution to Wholesale Credit Analysts. Partner with Relationship Management as well as clients directly to obtain requested documentation. Execute adverse actions, as defined by procedure, when requested documentation is not obtained. Identify issues that create gaps or weaknesses in CMS’ Credit and Risk Management processes. Successfully resolve issues to complete resolution. The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment, and be capable of communicating and escalating appropriately. *Additional qualifications include:* Bachelors’ degree required 1-3 years previous experience within a financial institution in a business analyst, project manager, or control analyst role is preferred Leadership skills including willingness to own initiatives and drive projects to completion Ability to analyze diverse information, develop recommendations, and make decisions.
