I did! It was mostly hypothetical, I also pinged some frequent community
contributors to try and see if we couldn't get some traction. I think
the time is approaching to actually plan this.

A little of both, I think. Some things may have gotten fixed, other things
may need follow-ups, yet more things may need to be reprioritized.

We could probably have people test on beta-commons, I don't see any reason
our testers wouldn't be able to test the rest of the pipeline even if the
tutorial is not there.
