Since QTopia desktop is broken, and I couldn't get
kitchensync/KDE to work, I decide to try multisync/Evolution.
I built 0.81 from sources and am trying to sync Evolution 1.4
and Opie 1.03. The very first appointment I entered didn't
work. There seem to be problems right off the bat:
1. Apostrophies get broken.
If you enter an apostrophe in Evolution, it ends up as
"'" in Opie.
2. "All-day" events in Evolution get converted into events
that start at noon one day and end at noon the next day on
Opie.
At one point, the broken events got transferred back to
evolution, at which time the "repeat" value got broken as well
(it was simple/yearly and got changed to a broken custom
value). I haven't figured out how that happened...
