Hi amol thanks for the link.

it is working fine if we are requesting cookies from asp or aspx page. but, if the 
page is inside the IFRAME in browser , it is not reading the cookies in case of 2nd 
server.

in this situation, when i change the cookie setting to "LOW" in 
Tools-InternetOptions-Privacy.i am able to read the cookie.

but, i want to read the cookie from IFRAME with secruity setting for cookie to 
"Default"in Tools-InternetOptions-Privacy.coz thats the default setting in client 
browser !!
