Use single query with simple join then use loops in order to display
the results in the format you mentioned at the ASP page level. The simple query
will return the data like this:<o:p></o:p>

At the ASP level run a loop and check for the EMPID, when it is
changing create section to display the new EMPID.<o:p></o:p>
