----------------------------------------------------------- From: Gitsy Message 1 in Discussion Hi All, I have a requirement where the client wants that on the basis of the number of reports selected the reports should be exported to PDF or Excel. At present I have created a new rdl file and included all the reports as a subreport in all the file. Also I require that after each subreport there should be a page break when it is exported to PDF. First I have a added a rectangle and inside that I have added the subreport. In the subreport I have a written an expression the Visibility property to make it either true or false based on the parameters passed. In the Rectangle property I have set PageBreakAtEnd = True. When I execute this report For Eg: If i have 5 reports then all the 5 reports come in next page. This is working fine. But when Out of the 5 reports if only 3 reports are selected then there are blank pages inserted. I do not want this blank pages to be visible. It is because of the rectangle that is existing for each subreport. If I write an expression in the visibility property of the rectangle then all the reports are displayed in the same page. There is no page breaks happening. Does any one have a solution for this. Please help.
