(use pkcs15-init -C to "format" or initialize the token without deleting
 the existing windows structure).

And maybe you want to use:
5.) create a new PIN/PUK pair on the card
        pkcs15-init -P
or even
6.) create a new key on the card
        pkcs15-init -G

However importing a key is currently more useful, as you can not
create a certificate with a key that is on the card.
(technicaly you could but there is no application that does it -
 the openssl pkcs#11 patch does not help.)
