I had a problem with this, and submitted a few patches 7 months ago.
The most recent version is not in muscleTool.0.9.2, but here:

http://cvs.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/muscleTool/?cvsroot=muscleapps

Option number 1 now says:

        1. Use the default CryptoFlex factory key: 2C15E526E93E8A19

Also - on my Linux system, when I typed "2", it failed because of a bug in the
same file.
The patch fixes this. To work around this, you can type "3" and then type
"Muscle00" as the key.

"1" is only for the CRYPTO-Flex card, and not the CYBER-Flex card.
It confused me as well, which is why I changed the comment.

Like I said, either type "3" and "Muscle00" or get the most recent version of
muscleTool.c
CVS revision 1.42 and try that.
