Hi, the version i used comes from our internal cvs, where I now realize that
lars (among other things) has made some temporary fixes for problems with some
gemplus readers a long time ago. That is nothing that should be applied by you
off-course. I will re-make the patch much cleaner.

I see in your patch that "lars" was using CVS to commit patches in
2004-2005 (last lines of OCFPCSC1.cpp). Where did you get your version
from?
