Hello, I see that the linux ccid driver (http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid.html) does not support extended APDU.
I know that pcsc-lite does support this. What should I do if I have a provider that requires extended APDU support? The provider work with some other reader drivers... But not with CCID due to this issue. Is there any why to workaround this?
