This is the non volatile data limit, i.e. all persistent data needed for
storing data, objects and so on. the card compares how much space is
really needed when installign the applet. The applet allocates some
object and memory for the object (keys, cert, ...) to store. Don't
remember exactly how much it was, but you ca also try it with 10 kb,
depends on how much memory is used later when formating the card.
