Cheers for the suggestion.

I've tried plugging a single reader directly into the PC USB port, and I've now
done 20+ plug and unplug actions without any issues :(

Is there anything I can do to try and get it working with USB hubs? As we have
a requirement to support 50 USB card readers per host, so need to get something
working.
Or anything else that people can suggest that might fit these requirements?

Cheers
Gav

It might simply be that usb hub, did you try without it (connecting directly to
the PC usb port)? Does it have the same issue?
