I totally agree.
Simeon would be an excellent addition as a committer.

Bill,

I've noticed Simeon Pinder has been providing you patches for the client
you are working on.  He has submitted quite a few it seems.

Do you feel he is contributing to the point in which we should make him
a contributer on the project? (providing that's ok for him)

If so, then send an email to the group for a vote.
