I will be posting an email to muse-dev with background on this and other
contributions (hopefully I can update the issue with a link to the mailing list
archive after the fact). This piece of the contribution is our implementation
of all of the WSRF specs in the recently ratified version 1.2 (March). It
includes our implementation of WS-RMD 1.0 from 2004, but this spec is not very
stable right now (I'm editing for the TC), so it is going to change quite a bit.
