This is IBM's initial implementation of the latest WSN spec, version 1.3, which
is referenced by WSDM 1.1. It is currently in public review and will be
ratified this year. It diverges from previous versions of WSN, especially in
the area of subscription and the role/importance of Topics. Many new features
(such as pullpoints) have also been added
