The initial OSGi implementation. These bundles provide the OSGi platform core
(OSGi specific implementations of router, environment, etc.), an Axis2 binding,
and a prototype SOA abstraction interface (which is likely to change the more
we learn about SCA). Additional attachements will follow for packaging existing
muse jars as OSGi bundles.
