Now that I (finally) know how to copy files from the maven repository into
temporary locations, I can update the maven poms for the OSGi bundles that use
3rd Party jars to include these jars in the distrubution packaging. For OSGi,
the only bundle with this sort of dependency is the Axis2 bundle, which
requires wstx-asl-2.9.3.jar to be on the classpath.
