For 'interesting' deployments such as the one demonstrated at EclipseWorld, the
OSGi Axis2 environment should support multiple default deployment URIs (one per
bundle). The existing implementation takes the default URI from the initial
SOAP request - a behavior that makes sense in the pure Axis2 deployment
scenario, but which is overly simplistic for OSGi deployment.
