WSDLMerge should report but not fail on port types that have the same operation.

Fix For: 2.1.0
If two port types define, say, GetResourceProperty (in addition to other
operations), wsdlmerge should ignore the second one rather than failing. A
warning could be added if you feel it's appropriate. Or make it a flag/option.
I don't really care how you do it.
