Evaluate the Foundation profile and make any changes necessary to get Muse to
build on that JDK. This is separate from the SOAP servlet issue, as it pertains
to the compilation and dependencies of the Muse programming model, not its
deployment and packaging. Barry Atkins has already started an evaluation and
attended the muse-dev meetings to share his status; we should continue this
work and try to make it one of our few "big items" for 2.2 timeframe.
